What I liked about camp was going for walks with my friends.
What I enjoyed was going to Gis Int and having a visit.
What I didn't like was sleeping in my Nanny's van for the night at Motu because it was very uncomfortable.

STEM Challenge 1 term 2

This was the first challenge
The hardest part  of making a periscope was measuring where the mirrors were going to go.
The easiest part was cutting the cardboard.
We made the periscope so we could spy on periscope so we could see what it was like for the soldiers. The soldiers used them in the trenches to see the others soldiers, so they could shoot and stop being shot by them.

George Washington Carver slides

My slides are about George Washington Carver. I learnt that he grew peanut instead of cotton. Cotton was bad for the soil so he got farmers to grow sweet potatoes and peanuts one year and cotton the next. Mrs Devine helped me find the information for my slides. I found it hard to find the pictures.

My name is Anahera . I am a girl I have one sister and one brother. I like eating lamb tails with black sauce. I like my uncles dog Shady and Fedoor. I am good at maths, drawing and being a good sister. I enjoy playing pokemon and I find steps hard. Miss mills is special to me because she is cool and I like talking with her.
